Christmas time was fun as a child, but nothing tops Christmas with kids. Nevie is at that age where everything about this time of year is magical. I LOVE it despite it being a bit of a pain to think of new places to put our two elves, :)

Here Comes Santa

I can't believe Christmas is upon us....
We saw Here Comes Santa at Casa Manana with Nevie this weekend. What a great performance! During the part where Simon, the little boy who didn't believe in Santa, was telling his classmates that Santa wasn't real, Nevie poked me in the arm and said, "Mama, Santa IS real." Love her and love this age, especially at this time of year. We really enjoyed the play, and now are totally in the Christmas spirit. :) Can't wait for Mila to get old enough to start taking her to the Children's Theater series with us.

We kept telling Nev not to squint for the pic and she finally said, "but this is my biggest smile". HA!

Thanksgiving!

So much to be thankful for this year. We had such a fun Thanksgiving weekend. Good turkey with family. Festival of Lights. Here Comes Santa at Casa Manana. Tree Trimming with Uncle Brian and Christmas decorating. Who could ask for more? :) Happy Thanksgiving!
